Terms and Conditions
Bookings: Credit card details will be held from the time of booking until arrival, no money will be deducted from the card until guests arrival. However, if booking is cancelled less than 48hrs before expected arrival time one night’s payment will be deducted from the card (Unless legitimate reasoning is provided)
Cancellations: 48hrs notice is required to receive a full refund.
No refunds or tariffs for early departure.
Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Check in / Check Out
Caravan and Camping sites available to check in after 11 am.
Cabins available after 2 pm.
All sites to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Late Departure available on prior arrangement – Fee applies.
Vehicles- Speed limit 8 KPH
Please keep the vehicle within the allotted site and do not park on roadways or other sites. Roadways are designated as shared pedestrian walkways/vehicle access.
Caravans must have the a-frame facing towards the road unless on a drive-through.
No washing of vehicles or caravans.
Sites
Sites are to be left neat and tidy.
No flammable or dangerous goods are allowed to be stored on sites.
Security Advice
Ensure your property is secure. Valuables should be kept in a safe place.
Owners of the park will NOT take responsibility for theft or damage indirectly or directly. No refunds or reimbursements for loss or damage will be given.
Evacuation
In case of fire or other emergency, please make your way to the evacuation assembly point as shown on the map.
Children
Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior.
Children under 8 years must be supervised by an adult in laundry/amenities blocks, do not use laundry/amenities blocks, BBQs, or pathways as play or seating areas.
Behaviour
Please contribute to others’ quiet enjoyment of the park by restricting noise from radios, televisions, social gatherings, etc. from 10 pm onwards as it is quiet time.
Smoking is not permitted in laundry/amenities blocks, camp kitchen, or reception area.
Generators are not permitted.
Camp Kitchen and BBQ’s
Consider others – please clean BBQs & Camp Kitchen after use.
Please use equipment as per instructions and in a safe manner.
Garbage
Please wrap garbage before placing it in the bins provided.
Trees
Do not tie ropes or lines to trees.
Do not climb trees, cut, or remove trees.
Bikes/Scooters/Skateboards
For safety reasons, NO riding of bikes/scooters/skateboards/
Pool
Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. The pool is open from 8 am to 7pm (Open times may vary)
Pets
Pet owners agree to take full responsibility for any personal injury or damage caused by their pets while within the confines of the park and agree to pay for any claims of compensation related to the pet’s activities. Pets are to be kept on a lead at all times; waste is to be picked up and disposed of properly; pets must not be left at the park without their owner; under no circumstances are they allowed in, amenities block, laundry or any communal area, including the pool area. Pets are only accommodated in the designated Pet Friendly cabins.
Visitors
Please check with the park owners prior to your visitors arriving, as visitors will only be welcomed into the park under owner’s discretion.
All accepted visitors MUST report to the office prior to entering the park.
Visitors are NOT to use park facilities Eg- Pool, amenities and BBQ’s
